Important Announcement - Before and after school care

After a rigorous tender process, I am pleased to announce that Team Kids has been appointed the successful provider for delivering before & after school care at Baxter Primary School. Team Kids has been awarded a 3-year contract, commencing at the beginning of Term 4 - Monday 7th October. 

Elysium will continue to provide this service until the end of Term 3. 

The September Holiday Program arrangements will be announced later next term. 

Further information will be communicated via Compass shortly.

Late arrival protocols 

Children who arrive after the 9am morning bell (once students have entered the classroom), will be marked by the classroom teachers as ‘Late’. Please ensure children are arriving at school with enough time to line up with their class, at the beginning of every school day. 

If you are arriving late to school, please ensure you sign your child/ren in at the office to obtain the required ‘Late Pass.’

Once this has happened, Administration staff will take the students to their relevant classrooms.

At Baxter PS we value education. Between the hours of 9am - 3:15pm classrooms are important learning spaces. We ask that families do not enter the classrooms, once the day has started. This can be very disruptive to the teacher and other students. If you wish to speak to your child’s teacher, please arrange a suitable time after school.
