Creative Arts at Chatswood!
It has been a wonderful week for our students with performances at both the Sydney North Dance Festival and the Dragon Boat Festival. Seeing our students up on stage and giving their all is always a highlight, and this week was no exception. A genuine thank you to the staff who have given up their lunchtimes and evenings to prepare and support our students for these events. That kind of commitment does not go unnoticed, and it makes a real difference to the experiences we are able to offer.
Semester 1 Academic Reports
I have had the pleasure of starting to read through student reports over the past week, ahead of them going home on Wednesday 1 July. What strikes me most as I read through them is the strength of the learning culture we have at Chatswood PS. It is overwhelmingly positive, and we are very fortunate to work with students who come to school each day genuinely ready and willing to learn. I look forward to continuing to read through them over the coming days.
Chatties Wood Front & Back Cover Competition

This year’s theme is "All In," highlighting values such as commitment, inclusion, dedication, and the spirit of giving your best.
We encourage students to submit creative, colourful entries that stand out.
Entries close on Friday, 11 September 2026 (Term 3, Week 8).

School Tours provide families with an opportunity to see the school in action and hear about the wide range of opportunities available to our students.
