Parking reminders 

For parents / carers of Year 10 - 12 students, accessing the Teardrop car park area

Please exit via Gate 2. This requirement is to alleviate congestion at Gate 1 during peak student drop-off and pick-up times.

For parents / carers of students exiting the school via Gate 8 at Billanook Way

Please be respectful of our neighbours. NEVER park in, or across, neighbours’ driveways. Reports have been made to the local council and to local police because of the inconsiderate actions and illegal parking of some parents / carers. Parking infringement officers will be monitoring this area.

Note: This area is a high-risk area, and the College recommends that parents / carers park in the College grounds, or do not park in the direct vicinity of Gate 8 to alleviate congestion in that area.

Your understanding and cooperation is essential for the safety of our students and the respect of our neighbours.

Keys Found

A pair of keys on a red tag have been handed into the Administration Office. They were found in the car park area on Old Melbourne Road last week. If these belong to you, please come to the Office to claim them.

Enrolments

2024

We have limited vacancies for next year and would encourage you to submit your Enrolment Application Form as soon as possible if you wish your child to be considered for a place.

2025

We are now accepting enrolments for 2025 and beyond (particularly Prep and Year 7) and look forward to hearing from you if you wish to enrol your child(ren).

Notice to Withdraw

Parents are reminded of their obligation to give the College one full term’s notice, in writing to the Principal, if their children are not continuing at Oxley Christian College. The lack of one term’s notice will result in the payment of one term’s Tuition Fees.

It is also a legal requirement for you to inform us of the school to which your child’s enrolment is transferring.
