This award is presented to Hope for her wonderful Speaking and Listening. Hope always brings lots of interesting things to share with the class and uses a loud voice and descriptive language. Keep up all the great work you are doing Hope!

Bodhi N. - 1/2B

This award goes to Bodhi for showing his HEART values this week and making good choices in the classroom. Bodhi has been making positive decisions regarding his own learning so he is able to successfully complete his work. It is fantastic to see you take charge of your own learning, keep it up Bodhi!

Madelyn B. - 1/2C

This award goes to Madelyn for having an amazing attitude towards her learning. Madelyn has worked incredibly hard to complete and publish her fairy tale narrative so it can be added to the class set. Well done Madelyn. You should be very proud of yourself!

Lilly S. - 1/2R

Congratulations Lilly for working hard on improving her writing stamina. The effort seen reflects your determination spirt. I am extremely proud of how you have tackled writing your own healthy eating recipe through procedural writing. Keep up the wonderful work!

Ivan R.  - 3/4B

This award goes to Ivan for designing his own question about Scienceworks activities, gathering data from the class, displaying the data in a graph and making some observations about the data. Ivan was able to include a title, headings and labels on each axis and complete his work neatly. Keep it up Ivan!

Cameron T. - 3/4K

This award goes to Cameron for the terrific column graph he created using the program Purple Mash. Even when it was a bit challenging, he asked for help and persevered until he got it. Cameron, with this positive attitude and willingness to have a go, you can achieve so much! Keep it up.

Jake K. - 3/4S

This award goes to Jake for his insightful contributions to class discussions and the leadership he has shown. Jake has been an active member within 3/4S and shown great leadership in his Digitech role and as the class PA. Well done Jake for being a superstar in your learning and in the class!

Kynan B. - 5/6D

Kynan is to be congratulated for his tremendous efforts this week. He really impressed the class with his ability to identify verbs and adjectives in a text and up level the types of words he has already used in his writing. Well done, Kynan – I loved seeing you so focused and excited to learn!

Jacob M. - 5/6W

This award goes to Jacob for his efforts in Reading this week. Jacob read aloud with good fluency and expression and is practising to use the pictures to help him decode unfamiliar words. Wonderful effort Jacob!

Emily S. - Performing Arts

Congratulations Emily. This award recognises your music theory knowledge. You can identify rhythmic note values and recognise rhythms using notation. You also understand how combinations of notes are used to create chords. Very good skills to have.

Wil S. - Mandarin

This award goes to Wil for your outstanding dedication to learning Mandarin. It is truly inspiring to witness such a high level of interest and participation in all activities in Mandarin class. Keep up the excellent work!

Avah S. - Visual Arts

This award goes to Avah for  her fabulous creativity and effort in Visual Arts. Avah always puts in 100% effort and takes extra time to practise new skills. She created a stunning picture of a zebra with a patterned border and African acacia trees in the distance. You are a superstar, Avah!
