Acting Principal

Dear St. Bede's Parents,

I hope this message finds you well. We have some important updates to share with you.

Mr Walsh's Engagement: We are delighted to share some heart warming news with you. Stephen Walsh shared his wonderful news last week of his engagement to Mel. We want to extend our warmest wishes to Stephen and Mel. May this new chapter be filled with love, laughter, and endless happiness.

Arts Night Tonight: Don't miss our exciting Arts Night tonight! We invite you to join us in celebrating your children's creativity and talents. Please ensure your child is with their teacher by 5:55 PM, so they can fully participate in this memorable event. Casual clothing may be worn. A very big thank you to all the parent helpers who have worked tirelessly to help us bring this event to our community.

Miss Wood's Announcement: Miss Wood has welcomed a beautiful addition to her family. We are delighted to announce the birth of baby Thomas! Both mother and baby are doing wonderfully, and we couldn't be happier for Miss Wood and her family at this special time.

District Athletics Success: We're thrilled to announce that St. Bede's had a very successful day at the District Athletics carnival. Congratulations to all our students for their fantastic participation! Special recognition goes to:

  • Leonado Campagna
  • Madison Lim
  • Maddy Keogh
  • Pia Lunardello
  • Sophie M

These students have earned a spot in the Division Athletics event on 11th October. Well done!

Health Update - Head Lice: We want to inform you that we've had a few cases of head lice recently. Please check your children and, if necessary, treat them before they can return to school. Your cooperation helps us maintain a healthy learning environment.

MACSIS Family Survey: If you received a survey please complete it before Friday 15 September. These surveys give us important feedback.

Whole School Footy Day: We will celebrate our whole school footy day on Thursday 14 September (the last Thursday of the term). On this day the children can dress up in their team colours / jumpers.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you at Arts Night tonight. It promises to be a night filled with creativity and joy.
