CSPS Athletics Carnival

John Wink

On Wednesday 16th August all students from Grade 3 - 6 participated in our school Athletics Carnival. For many students, this was their first athletics carnival. A huge thank you to Stephanie Vickers, who travelled to the venue on the Year 6 bus, to assist our staff with ratio limits and helped with running of events on the day. I would also like to acknowledge all of our other wonderful parent helpers who assisted at the carnival with various roles and our parents who came along to watch. Your assistance and support is appreciated.

SPORTS BORROWING SYSTEM

The CSPS sports equipment borrowing system started with a bang last week. Year 6 students have taken to their new roles of ensuring the equipment is borrowed and returned in an orderly and efficient manner. Many students have enjoyed using the ‘yellow’ equipment at lunch times. Students have been given the opportunity to suggest further purchases of equipment going forward.

Thank you to the fundraising efforts of Adele Karmy, Nadine Barkay, Rachel Saffer and their team who organised the Mother’s Day Breakfast.
