Introducing Our Senior School Leaders
We are incredibly proud to introduce our next group of Senior School Leaders to the Kellyville High School community.
These students have earned their leadership positions through their dedication, commitment and contribution to both our school community and the wider local community. Their willingness to support others and make a positive difference is a wonderful reflection of the values we hold at Kellyville High School.
It was a great honour to formally induct our new leaders in front of their peers and families. This special occasion provided an opportunity to recognise their achievements and celebrate the responsibility they are taking on as role models within our school.
Our 2027 Senior School Leaders are:
Graduation - Farewell to the Class of 2026
What a special day it was as we celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2026.
For many of our Year 12 students, it was an emotional farewell as they reflected on their six years at Kellyville High School. There were certainly a few tears, but there were also plenty of smiles as students were surrounded by teachers, families, siblings and members of the school community who came to celebrate this important milestone with them.
One of the most special moments was seeing the Year 7 and Year 12 photographs side by side – a wonderful reminder of just how much our students have grown and changed throughout their high school journey.
As their Year Advisor, it has been a privilege to watch this cohort grow from nervous Year 7 students into the confident young adults they are today. Over the past six years, they have navigated the challenges of COVID, welcomed new students, experienced changes and challenges, and created countless memories together. From camps and performances to sporting events, fundraising, leadership opportunities and whole-school celebrations, they have certainly made their mark on Kellyville High School.
Their graduation marks the end of one chapter, but there is still one more major celebration to come. Students, staff and families are looking forward to the Year 12 Formal, where we can come together one more time to celebrate the Class of 2026 – with plenty of food, dancing and, no doubt, more memories to be made.
To the Class of 2026, thank you for the energy, humour, enthusiasm and individuality you have brought to Kellyville High School. It has been an honour to be part of your journey from Year 7 to Year 12, and I am incredibly proud of everything you have achieved.
Congratulations, Year 12. We wish you every success, happiness and fulfilment for whatever comes next.

Celebrating Excellent Attendance
Congratulations to the students who have been recognised for their outstanding attendance during Term 3!
This term, students were awarded gift cards in recognition of either achieving 95% attendance or above or demonstrating the most improved attendance throughout the term.
Consistent attendance is an important part of student success. Being at school each day gives students the opportunity to engage in learning, build positive relationships, participate in school activities and make the most of the opportunities available to them.
We are incredibly proud of all the students who have worked hard to improve their attendance, as well as those who have maintained an excellent attendance record throughout Term 3.
Congratulations to all of our award recipients! Your commitment and effort are something to be celebrated. Keep up the great work as we head into Term 4! 🌟

IEF: Developing Skills in Screen and Media
Throughout the year, some of our senior IEF students have been developing their skills through a Screen and Media Course with the Australian Academy of Media.
As part of the course, students have had the opportunity to explore storytelling, filming, editing and media production, creating a range of engaging videos along the way.
We’re excited to showcase their work and celebrate the creativity, commitment and skills they have developed throughout the course. Be sure to check out their videos!
R U OK? Day at Kellyville High School
On Thursday, 10 September, staff and students at Kellyville High School came together to recognise R U OK? Day, Australia’s national day of action dedicated to encouraging meaningful conversations and supporting the wellbeing of those around us.
In the weeks leading up to R U OK? Day, students from across the school were invited to contribute a positive affirmation or message of support. These messages became part of a collaborative mural wall, which was created during lunchtime on R U OK? Day.
The mural provided a meaningful opportunity for students to come together and reflect on the importance of looking out for one another. It also reinforced the simple but important message that starting a conversation with a friend by asking “Are you okay?” can be a valuable first step in showing care and support.
The initiative helped promote a culture of connection, kindness and care across our school community and encouraged students to remember that checking in with others can make a difference.
Thank you to all the students and staff who participated and contributed to making the day a positive and meaningful experience for our school community.

Jersey Day
Our school community recently got behind Jersey Day, wearing their favourite sporting jerseys to show support for an important cause.
Jersey Day encourages schools and workplaces across Australia to start conversations with family and friends about the importance of organ and tissue donation. It is a fun and simple way to raise awareness and encourage people to consider becoming a donor.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped spread the message of Donate Life throughout our school community!
