PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Mrs Jillian Rainger
jrainger@arm.catholic.edu.au
As we move toward the end of the term, I want to take a moment to reflect on the power of our words and the strength of our community values.
Our words have the power to build others up or, unfortunately, to cause lasting damage. Recently, the introduction of new hate speech legislation and updated NSW anti-bullying statements has served as a timely reminder of our commitment to our students' well-being. At the heart of our school are our first two ‘Rules for Living’:
Over the next six months, we will be engaging with our students in age-appropriate ways to discuss discriminatory language and its impact on others. In a world currently facing much turmoil, Jesus’ message—to treat others as you would like to be treated—is more necessary than ever.
I want to sincerely congratulate the many students who consistently show kindness and respect to everyone they interact with. Thank you to our families for partnering with us to instil these vital values.
With the cooler weather approaching, I know it is hard to feel it yet. Please note the following regarding our school uniform:
Our uniform is a symbol of pride and belonging. By taking care of their appearance, students demonstrate respect for themselves and our school community.
Uniform Shop Hours: Mondays 8:30am-10:30am and Wednesdays. 8:15am - 10:30am and 1:45pm - 4:00 pm
Financial Support: I am mindful that rising fuel and living costs are placing pressure on many households. If your family requires financial assistance to secure a uniform, please reach out to me directly. These conversations are always handled with discretion.
Our lost property bins in the Front Office and Secondary Staffroom are currently overflowing with items that have no names. To help us return items to their rightful owners, please:
Thank you for your ongoing support in making our school a place of respect, safety, and care.
Finally, I would like to warmly encourage everyone to join us for our Easter Fair on Friday, 27 March, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Hall and surrounding quadrangles.
This is a wonderful social evening for our children to enjoy the school grounds after hours with their friends and families. It is a perfect opportunity to enjoy dinner together and participate in the many fun activities on offer.
Key Times for the Evening:
Please feel free to invite your wider family and friends to join us. This event is a significant fundraiser for our P&F, who put an incredible amount of effort into making this evening possible. Beyond the fundraising, it is a beautiful chance to soak up the unique "school family" feeling that makes Holy Trinity School so special.
Important Note: This is a cash-only event, so please come prepared.
I am very much looking forward to seeing you all there for a night of fun and fellowship!
To Halina, Harry, Ava and Percy who joined me in representing our school on Sunday at the annual Legacy Luncheon. They were great ambassadors of our school.

Saturday 25 April is ANZAC Day. HTS will be in the ANZAC Day Parade. We would love to have as many students walk with us. Please consider joining us on this day of rememberance.
We are happy to say we have 3 new staff members joining us! Welcome back to Miss Gabby Campbell who has been on maternity leave and has completed her Bachelor of Education. Gabby has been part of our purple room staff for a number of years and now is RFF teacher in our primary classrooms on Tuesday and Wednesday. Mrs Sarah Edwards has also joined our Primary RFF team. We welcome Sebastian Pianko as an Educational Assistant in our purple room team.
