Big Country Games Day - Newport Library

Come and try traditional children's games from First Nations communities from Australia and Torres Strait Islands with Aunty Pauline. Many of the games you see today have evolved from traditional games of the past. Stretch your body and mind as we play and learn together. 

Explore the heritage of local and national games.  Families will have the opportunity to join smaller groups and rotate through a series of traditional games from around Australia and the Torres Strait Islands.

Games of speed, memory, and skill will encourage learning about the language, land and resources of these communities. 

Activities suit ages 5 years and up.  BOOKINGS

We're looking for young players for the Winter season at the baseball club and were hoping you could add this to your newsletter to parents? 

Are you 9 - 12 years old and looking to have fun, learn new skills and make friends? Then baseball is the sport for you! ⚾️

Our Winter baseball season is just kicking off and we still have spots on our team available.
