Kitchen Garden

The Grade 3 and 4 students had a lot of fun in the kitchen cooking ANZAC biscuits. It was particularly interesting watching the bicarbonate of soda react with the butter mixture and foam up!  We made hundreds of biscuits to sell at a cookie sale to raise extra money for the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden program.  Special thanks to the Matanis family who donated many packets of ANZAC biscuits to sell also.

We raised $145.15!
