Whole School Assembly Tomorrow

Community members are invited to our Whole School Assembly tomorrow in the Stadium at 2:40pm.

At the assembly we will be wishing PE teacher Laura Yorke well as she extends herself professionally at SALT, Captains will be giving updates on their student leadership initiatives, and, as usual, our performing arts program will be on show!

The Life of the School

This term has had plenty of excitement and there's plenty more to come with classroom learning programs and community events filling the calendar.

Cross Country

Another well done and congratulations to all the students who put their best foot forward in last Monday's Cross Country.  All the best to those students who are progressing to District Cross Country on Tuesday 14th May.  Well done to our PE team, staff, Sport Captains, and volunteers for organising and facilitating the event!

Incursions and Excursions

This period of term also sees our learning levels engage in excursions and incursions that complement the classroom learning programs.  Preps have had theirs Stop Look Listen Incursion and Road Safety Day, Year 4s their Don't Move Puppet Show Incursion, Year 1s enjoyed their Healesville Sanctuary excursion, and then today and Monday the Year 2s have their Mont De Lancy excursion.  These types of real-world experiences provide increased engagement and add purposefulness to the unit of study each level is engaging in.

Mother's Day Stall

On Wednesday CHAPs is hosting our annual Mother's Day stall. Thank you to our volunteers for organising and running the stall.

Head over to the CHAPS page for more information.
