Wellbeing

DATE: Thursday, 5th October 2023

This headspace day, we're so excited to be launching our new campaign, featuring @zoeterakes and Ngali Shaw. Many of our young people might place high and unrealistic expectations on themselves which are often tough to reach. It's important to recognise these and remember that everyone is all on their own journey.

Check out all the videos in our campaign, and learn about the ways headspace can help: https://headspace.org.au/our-impact/campaigns/for-you

BPD Awareness Week

1st-7th October

This week is BPW Awareness Week. People living with borderline personality disorder (BPD) often find their diagnosis is the first and only thing other people see. Stigma and discrimination remain significant barriers to accessing care. By discovering more about BPD and the Principles of Care,

we can reduce stigma and support people living with BPD towards recovery.

So, get involved! BE THE DIFFERENCE!

To discover more about BPD, check out more resources at bpdawareness.com.au
