There will be changes to the traffic conditions in and around the College on Friday 17 November due to Year 12 Graduation. Please follow all traffic signs and directions from staff.
Vehicle entry into the College via Frasers Road and Moola Road will be closed at 8:40am and will not re-open until after 2:00pm. School pick-up via Moola Road will be operating as per normal in the afternoon.
For families attending graduation, please note that onsite parking will not be available and street parking is limited, please consider alternative travel arrangements. Please also note that O’Connell Place (adjacent to Frasers Road entrance to the College) is private Australian Defence property and fines may be issued for parking illegally. Brisbane City Council have advised parking attendants will be in the area on Friday.
Thank you for your patience and understanding on this important day for Year 12 students and their families.
From the start of term 1 2024 Brisbane Bus Lines is introducing the TransportMe electronic ticketing system to all public school bus runs. Please see the attached flyer for details.
Secondary students are to keep their mobile phones in their lockers during school hours. Primary students should put their phones in their lockers as soon as they arrive at school. Should you need to get an urgent message to your son, please phone Student Admin on 07 3858 6437 or Primary Reception 07 3858 4554. Phones are available in Student Admin and Primary Reception for students to use.
Students have been reminded that using their mobile phones to video students or staff members is not permitted. Students risk severe consequences for filming. Please have a conversation with your son/s regarding the ramifications of this type of behaviour.
As we are reaching the end of the school year, students must ensure that haircuts comply (please refer to page 21 of the student diary). The current style of haircut being shaved in and around the ears does not meet college standards. Students must also come to school each day clean shaven.
