Year 8 Ball

What a joyous evening we had at our Year 8 Ball on Monday night!

After months of practising, students showcased their dancing skills to their proud parents and special friends.

This much loved annual event is a long standing tradition at St Joseph's College - a rite of passage if you like, for this cohort of students as they embark on their middle school years.

It also forms the final part of their assessment for the dance unit in PE.

The 'dance off' between the students and the parents was a highlight of the night!

Thank you to the parents who performed the Nutbush with such enthusiam and even showed their kids a thing or two on the dance floor!

A huge thank you also goes out to the Year 8 PE teachers - Mr Grant Kemp, Mr Troy Kenny, Mrs Janelle Maxfield, Mrs Elle Molluso and Mr Stuart Taylor - for staging such a memorable evening for our students and families.
