Year Two Team News

Hello Year Two families,

We are now approaching the time of the year when we can take some time to reflect on what a great year it has been and enjoy the last week and a half together as a Grade Two Cohort. We are incredibly proud of the progress that all our Year 2’s have made and are excited to be able to begin to wind down and celebrate with them. 

Over the last two weeks, the Year 2s have been working diligently to prepare a range of items to sell at this year's Wishing Tree Stall. It’s been fantastic to see many of the students rise to the challenge of being crafty, embracing the glitter and paint with enthusiasm. A massive thank you to Frankie’s mum, Ash for coming in and running some workshops with each of the grades. Your artistic eye has helped make some beautiful ornaments to sell! 

This week we also enjoyed the Willy Games. This was a great opportunity for the students to get outside and be active with a range of other students from years Prep-6. It was fabulous to see the Year 2s dressed in their house colours, rising to the challenges of the day. We loved seeing so many of our Year 2s being fabulous, role model Willy Kids!
