What a wonderful year it has been, I have worked with some really wonderful staff and students throughout 2023 and have developed some strong relationships with our staff and students.
I always enjoy the time I spend with the students; whether it be saying hello in around the school, the students showing me work they are proud or having long chats about their life over some creative Lego time.
Throughout this year, a group of dedicated students has been regularly visiting me. They've been passionately working on their Lego creations over the past two terms and are eager to showcase their achievements to the school. Each day, they collect their Lego masterpieces and bring them to Calm Club, where their creativity continues to flourish. After Calm Club each day, the Lego finds its place back in my office, proudly displayed and protected on my dedicated Lego shelves, eagerly awaiting their next artistic venture. I have throughly enjoyed spending time with these students and most importantly it's been a joy to witness their enthusiasm and dedication, as well as how extravagant these Lego creations have become.
I have enjoyed every moment of 2023. Taking on the role F-2 Sub-School coordinator has been a new challenge for me but one that I have enjoyed. Thank you to everyone for a great year and I wish you a wonderful and safe holiday break.
