Buddy Share M6 and F14

In M6 and F14 we have been enjoying getting to know our buddies in small groups. We have a few people from each class in the group so that no one is left alone, even when somebody is away!

Recently, we played some PE games together to foster communication and teamwork. We played ‘Rob the Nest’ in our Sports Day teams, which was excellent fun. The best part was trying to cheer for our team louder than the teachers! Then we played ‘Islands’, a game all about being spontaneous and sharing with others. We had to walk around the field of play, and when a teacher called “ISLANDS!” we had until the count of 5 to find ourselves in a hoop. But- hoops had to have 0 people or 3+ people, so it was a tight squeeze sometimes!

Earlier this term we played a Kahoot quiz together on devices, ate lunch together on Harmony Day, and spent some quality Buddy Time on the new Nature Playground. We have enjoyed getting to know each other this term and look forward to more fun times ahead!
