Term 2 2025
Term 2 is here and the PTFA have been busy working on the events to make this term fun for all. The beginning of the term will be busy. The first event is the election and the most important thing about an election is the sausage. So, the PTFA are organising the election BBQ and cake stall and trash and treasure market. We have introduced a new electronic system of putting your hand up to help on the day with the bbq and cake stall. Follow the link and you can add your name. There are still spots that need to be filled

We will also need help with the cake stall with donations of items you make, bake or buy. These items can be left in the office or brought on the day. Every bit helps.
Then soon after the election is Mother’ Day. There will be a Mother’s Day stall where students are able to purchase gifts for their special person or people. There will be no cash sales on the day, to purchase gift you will need to purchase vouchers through Qkr!. The cost of the vouchers is $5 each. Students can select their special gifts with the help of the senior SRC students who will be helping to run the stall. Student’s really enjoy going shopping for their gifts and it is an event looked forward to by all.
Another big event on the PTFA calendar is the Trivia Night. This is an event that the parents really look forward too and is always lots of fun. This year we will be holding the event at the end of June, at the Cheltenham Bowling Club which will have more room and allow us to have more numbers attend. We do not want anyone to miss out. This is our major fundraising event and we have a silent auction going throughout the night. For this to be a great success your help in sourcing items would be greatly appreciated!
Do you have a business or work at a place that would be willing to donate items?
Do you or your family attend or visit a business and would be able to donate something? Do you have items at home that you could donate that we could put into a hamper?
In return you would be helping the school in their fundraising efforts and businesses would get recognition on the night and in the newsletters leading up to and post event.
To compete the term of events we will be also holding the Second-hand Uniform Sale. With winter approaching, the sale will be an opportunity to stock up on winter clothes.
