Regional Swimming

On Wednesday 2nd April, Kira K from Year 5 competed at the Southern Metro Regional Swimming Championships at YAWA Pool in Rosebud. 

She swam against the best swimmers in the region that spans from Albert Park, down to Sorrento and all the way out to Pakenham. 

The standard of swimming was extremely high and Kira swam a brilliant race to take out the 9/10 Year Old Girls Breaststroke title. 

Kira has now progressed to School Sport Victoria State Championships, to be held at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre on May 1st. 

We wish Kira all the best at the state titles. What an exciting opportunity that awaits, go for gold Kira!
