What's been happening this week?

HARMONY DAY

In Japanese Year 3 and 4 students made Harmony Day origami. They made orange hearts and origami cranes. Cranes are a symbol of peace and harmony in Japan. The 3/4s attached Harmony Day messages and hid them in the playground for a lunchtime treasure hunt for students in Prep to Year 2.

TALLYING OUR TEETH

The Year 1/2 students have been busy learning about collecting data and representing data in graphs. The students really enjoyed make a pictograph of the number of teeth they have lost so far. The graph showed that Year 1A students had lost the most teeth out of the Year 1s and 2B had lost the most teeth out of the Year 2 students!

Let’s see how many more teeth we can add to our graph as the year goes on.

CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING

Our Preps have been in training for tomorrow's Cross Country.  Good luck and have fun most of all!
