At the end of Term 1, SRC organized a number of activities to celebrate Harmony Week with the theme ‘everyone belongs’.

We had talented students performing cultural music and dance items which the school community enjoyed watching in the courtyard at lunchtime.

Throughout Harmony week, students were invited to participate in a chalk-art mural, Kahoots and games. Well done to all SRC members for their planning and involvement in these activities and for creating these opportunities to bring the school community together.

I’m also pleased to report that we raised $370 from our cultural dress day. This money will go to UNICEF to help the world’s most vulnerable children.

THANK YOU, HIGHVALE!

Your kind gift of therapeutic food, clean water, education supplies or other much-needed support will help the world's most vulnerable children have an equal chance to survive and thrive, wherever the need is greatest. Thank you for helping us build a steady pool of flexible resources so we can respond quickly and effectively when an emergency strikes, as well as provide long-term relief to adapt to the needs of children who need it most, wherever they are.
