PDHPE Faculty

As we conclude Term 1, it is with great satisfaction that we reflect on the progress and achievements made across our PDHPE courses. This term, our students have engaged with commendable effort and dedication across all year levels.

We would like to congratulate the Year 11 cohort for their excellent start in their senior academic journey. Their conscientious approach to their studies, both inside and outside the classroom, has contributed to the progress made throughout the term.

Furthermore, we recognise the diligence demonstrated by students in Years 7-10. Their active participation in class activities, coupled with their eagerness and willingness to explore new things and challenge themselves is an indicator of their commitment to learning.

A special acknowledgment is also reserved for our Year 12 PDHPE and CAFS classes. Their diligence and perseverance throughout Term 1 were reflected in their assessments, highlighting a pleasing depth of knowledge.

Miss Sheppard has worked hard to establish the Henry Kendall High School Dance Group. The engagement and progress demonstrated by the students has been excellent as they prepare their application for the Central Coast Dance Festival. We would like to wish them the best of luck with their application.

Furthermore, we celebrate the success of our recent swimming carnival. Despite challenging weather conditions, the carnival was a resounding success with a strong turnout from our students. Congratulations to Narara, the winning house on the day, for their outstanding performance.

As we reflect on Term 1, we are encouraged by the collective achievements of our students. We would like to wish everyone a restorative break, and we eagerly await the opportunities for further opportunities in Term 2.
