This week's menu was pumpkin stir-fry with honey soy dressing, fried rice and 

tomato and basil pizza. Each kitchen class this term, we have cooked something that uses the abundance of tomatoes and basil we have had in the garden. We think we have picked the last of the delicious tomatoes for this season.

 

From the garden we harvested:

Parsley

Silverbeet

Eggs

Basil

Spring Onion

Tomatoes

Zucchini

 

As usual, everyone enjoyed everything, however we voted for the Pumpkin stir fry to share with the school community. We would like to thank Lacey's Mum, Kate for coming in for each Kitchen class this term.
