2025 Enrolments
A reminder to any current families with a child to start prep next year to please ensure you have submitted an enrolment form ASAP. We have limited prep places for 2025 and would hate for any of our current families to miss out. If you know of anyone who would like to join our school for 2025, please have them contact reception as soon as possible as well as most year levels have wait lists.
Harmony Day
What an amazing evening we had for our Harmony Day Picnic on Thursday! It was wonderful to see so many students and their families dressed either in orange, the colour of Harmony Day, or their cultural dress.
A massive thank you to our parent volunteers - Esther, Rima, Michelle D, Michelle C, Diana, Domenic, Mary, Juliet and Yuki. Their support was invaluable in getting everything set up and organised for the evening. An extra special thank you to Jarrod who manned the BBQ from 3.30pm to 6.30pm - we are very grateful for the assistance.
Each one of them will receive a voucher from Public Domain Cafe as a thank you for their time. What will the volunteers for our next event get?
Big thanks go to the Ragona family for sourcing the bread for our Sausage Sizzle from Baker’s Delight in Westfield Plenty Valley.
Woolworths Lalor and Costco Epping also generously donated gift vouchers that were used to purchase items needed for the BBQ. We are very grateful for the support.
National Ride to School Day
On Friday 22nd March we celebrated National Ride to School Day! 268 students (more than half of our school student population) made their way to school in active manner - walking, riding, scooting or skating. What a fantastic way to start the day. Let’s see if we can beat that number in May for National Walk Safely to School Day.
COLOUR RUN
Our second Colour Run is coming up! Wednesday 24th April is the day, however, there are going to be lots of exciting activities in the lead up to the day.
Please make sure you have signed up using the QR code on the form that was sent home. This is major fundraiser for 2024, so it would be great to get all students signed up and sharing their profile with family and friends to support our school.
We will need volunteers on the day too - we would love to lots of helpers to shower the kids in colour! Reach out to kristie.hocking@smcmeppingnth.catholic.edu.au if you are keen for a little pay back on your kiddos!
Mother’s Day
Do you have a business with products that you know Mums would love? We are looking for donations for prizes for our Mother’s Day morning.
