Supporting Our Students- with Homework

Dear families, I hope this message in our newsletter finds you all well. As we continue to work together to support our student's academic growth, I want to take a moment to share our approach to homework and its role in your child's learning experience.

Homework is designed to reinforce classroom instruction, build responsibility and encourage independent thinking. Our goal is to provide meaningful learning tasks that support student learning without causing unnecessary stress for families.

we recognise that each child learns differently and we encourage a balanced approach that allows time for extra curricular activities, family engagement and rest.

We appreciate your partnership in creating a positive learning environment at home.

Encouraging your child to set a regular homework routine, ask questions and take ownership of their learning can make a significant difference.

If you are unsure of the home work expectations for your child or have any concerns or need advice or additional support, please don’t' hesitate to reach out to your child' classroom teacher.

Thank you for your continued support in making learning a successful and enjoyable journey for all our students.
