Kildare Campus Update
The weather has been kind to us, enabling Stage 2 works to be completed at an exceptional rate at our Kildare Campus!
Current Progress:
- Roofing to Specialist Building – 90% complete, flashing/trims to be finished
- Wall framing to Specialist Building – 100% complete with inspection pending
- Specialise rough in services – 70% complete, inspection within 2 weeks
- Roofing to Learning Building – 70% complete, wiring complete, handrail/roofing sheets this week
- Wall Framing to Learning Building – 90% complete
- Solar Panel installation on Specialist Building – 50% complete
- Window/door frames – 70% complete with glazing by end of week. Doors to follow
- Slider door tracks to both buildings complete
- Soffits/fascia started – 75% complete
Anticipated Program for the Next Fortnight:
- Specialise services rough in – ongoing
- Bricklayer to commence
- Plaster to start
- Learning Building – solar panel installation
- Some joinery to be installed before Christmas
- Specialist building to be at lock up stage before Christmas
- Extension to pathway next to external lockers Learning Building
- Finishing touches to cement around well
