Outdoor Ed. 'BBC Earth' in the CBD

RESPECT: Our Year 9,10 and 11 Outdoor Education students were offered a chance to experience an unforgettable journey through the natural world, exploring the extraordinary diversity of our seven unique continents on the most epic scale.

The BBC Earth Excursion at the Convention Centre in Melbourne is immersive journey, with bespoke narration from David Attenborough, featuring breath-taking footage from Seven Worlds, One Planet, projected on multiple multi-angle screens.

Our students represented our community well, the experience was enjoyed by all.

Student Testimonials:

“We loved experiencing and learning about the seven different continents and the animals and ecosystems that inhabit them. We loved having our friends around as well.” – Jess W and Ella K

“It was an experience that you wouldn’t believe, unless you were there. I would recommend this to everyone who is interested in our planet - which should be everyone.” - Layla S

Year 9 Outdoor Education - Yeodene Zip Lining

UNITE:  Our Year 9 Outdoor Ed. students got out into nature with some tree top zip lining at Yeodene. It was a great day out where students challenged themselves on a range of circuits.  There was amazing teamwork and problem solving skills demonstrated by our students.  It was great to see how everyone encouraged each other and helped them overcome any fears.

STRIVE: Our Year 10 students as part of our "Getting Ready for Work" program can be seen here working as a team, planning & preparing a healthy breakfast before heading out to work!
