Term 4 Important Dates

Please see below for important upcoming dates this term:

Conveyance Lodgement Term 4

A reminder that the Conveyance Allowance lodgement forms for Term 4 will be closed by end of day, on the 17/11/2023. Our Accounts Team will contact parents/carers regarding reimbursements once funds have been allocated to the College.

Parent Information Session

Family Holidays

Going on a family holiday before end of term?  

If you are about to enjoy a family holiday that is occurring outside of the gazetted school holidays with your child, you may enter the absence as "Family Holiday" via Compass.  If you require further information or school work to be sent to your child, please notify the school either via email to: surf.coast.sc@education.vic.gov.au or you may call our Administration Team on

If parents/guardians are going away and your child will still be attending school but will be staying with another family member or family friend during this time, please notify us via email to surf.coast.sc@education.vic.gov.au the full name and contact details of the carer and the duration that you will be away.   This will ensure that we can contact them in case of an emergency.

Students Leaving SCSC at the End of 2023

We are currently in the process of finalising the 2024 timetable and student subject selections. 

If your child is leaving Surf Coast Secondary College and won’t be returning for the 2024 school year, please let our Administration Team know as soon as possible to assist with our planning. Please email us at surf.coast.sc@education.vic.gov.au or phone 03 5261 6633.
