Proactively responding the mental health needs of our students
For those of you who are not aware, the month of October is Mental Heath Awareness Month.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Wellbeing team have put up an 'Appreciation Station' in the staffroom. On each table there is a box with gratitude slips, pens and pegs for staff to contribute to the wall.
Studies have found that a single act of thoughtful gratitude produces an immediate 10% increase in happiness.
