Grade 5 & 6 

Finally, some beautiful weather! 

During this short week, students have delved deeper into the course of Inquiry, looking at different forms of energy. These have included mechanical, thermal, electrical, chemical, nuclear and elctromagnetic energy. 

In Literacy, students have begun to plan a debate speech reflecting a topic of their choosing.  It has been great to see the passion of each student, reflected through their persusasive and powerful writing. 

Next week, our girl's cricket and basketball teams will be taking part in the next level of these respected sports. We wish them all the very best!
