Stay Healthy: A Hygiene Reminder

As we move through the school year, it’s important to keep our school community healthy, happy, and comfortable for everyone. Practicing good personal hygiene isn’t just about looking and feeling good — it also helps prevent the spread of germs and illnesses. Here are a few simple but essential reminders:

Wash your hands with soap and water after using the toilet, and before eating or handling food. Hand sanitizer is a good backup if soap isn’t available.

👕 Change clothes daily and make sure your school uniform is washed regularly  - clean clothes help you feel fresh and confident!

🚿 Shower regularly, especially after sports or physical activity, and use deodorant to help stay fresh around others.

🧺 Do your laundry regularly  - clean socks, underwear, and shirts matter!

😷 Stay home if you're feeling unwell to protect others and take care of yourself.

🧻 Keep tissues handy and cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing -  then wash your hands right after.

Let’s all do our part to keep our school a clean, respectful, and healthy place to learn.
