Building Program Important News
Building Program: Important News
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As you know, building works for the redevelopment of our Administration Block are scheduled to begin shortly. As a result, several significant changes will take place starting next week. Please read the following carefully:
Key Changes
OSHClub Relocation: Beginning Thursday morning, 9th May, our Before and After School Care Program (OSHClub) will relocate to the Parish House next to the Church. Families currently enrolled in the program will have received direct communication from OSHClub outlining the updated arrangements.
School Office Relocation: As of Monday, 12th May, the School Office will move to the Community Hall, in the space previously used by OSHClub.
Office Closure – Friday 10th May: To allow for the relocation, the School Office will be closed on Friday, 10th May. Please be aware:
To facilitate the move:
There will be no operational school office on Friday, 10th May.
There will be limited phone and internet access throughout the day.
Avoid early student pick-ups unless essential.
Uniform orders and school fee processing will be temporarily unavailable.
School Access and Traffic
Access to the school will remain unchanged for next week.
Further details regarding school access and traffic flow during the building period will be shared with families next week.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we begin this exciting new chapter for our school. Your cooperation will help ensure a smooth transition and continued safety for all members of our community.
Winter Uniforms
Children will be expected to wear their full winter uniform from the week beginning Monday, 12th May.
If you require items of clothing, please submit your order ASAP, as due to the office relocation, it will take longer to process.
Mothers' Day Breakfast & Stall
This Friday, 9th May, we will celebrate all the mothers, grandmothers and other special ladies in our lives with our annual Mothers' Day events.
From 8:00 am until 8:45 am, Egg and Bacon Rolls, will be served, and of course, we will have the coffee van on-site.
Around 9:15 am, our Mothers' Day Stall will commence.
As you know, it's a little different this year, so without giving too much away, please note the following:
Children will need to bring $5.00 for the first gift
Additional gifts will be available ranging from $2:00 - $5:00 in price
Children will be able to purchase up to (approx) four gifts in total
Thank you to all parents who have volunteered to assist at either the breakfast or the stall. Our PFA will be in contact with you.
Zoo Snooze
Our Year 5/6 children had a great time at their Zoo Snooze Camp last week. Not even the rain could dampen their excitement and they came back full of stories to tell.
Thank you so much to Mrs Candice Rogers, Miss Libby Napier, Miss Khanh Ly, Mr Dan Palanca, Miss Letitia Hyde, Mrs Veronica Tweedly and Mrs Laura Cosentino for looking after the children. I know they all slept well upon their return.
Have a wonderful week.
God Bless
Anthony Hyde
