Message from Our Wellbeing Officer

It’s OK to Not Be OK!
But together, we can create change.
Remember:
- You don’t have to know it all
- You can make mistakes
- Be yourself
- It’s OK to not be OK
- It’s OK to have bad days
- You can always start over
- It’s OK to say no
- Most importantly, reach out and ask for help
Positive Pals this fortnight:
- Sarah and Autumn – for stepping up and out of their comfort zone at KROP
- Kade – for doing everything needed in class
- Sophie, Charlotte, Ayla, Levi, Eric and Corey – for working well, being supportive at KROP, and being brave for their first experience
- Kahlia – for showing excellent skills and helpfulness in junior classrooms
- All involved in KROP (students, parents, teachers) – well done! You all deserve a big clap
Linda
