2026 NSW Merino Wether Challenge

Ardlethan Central School students recently took part in the 2026 NSW Merino Wether Challenge, gaining valuable hands-on experience in sheep handling, judging, wool assessment and the broader Merino industry.

It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to put their agricultural knowledge into practice, develop their confidence and learn alongside students from other schools.

A particular highlight for Ardlethan Central School was being awarded Most Improved School! This was a fantastic achievement and a wonderful recognition of the effort and commitment shown by our students throughout the challenge.

Congratulations to all of our students for representing Ardlethan Central School so proudly. We are very proud of their hard work and enthusiasm throughout the competition.
