From the Principal

Dear Families,

The annual Parent / Carer Opinion Survey is now open, and we would really like as many of our LPS families as possible to take part.

We are incredibly proud of our school and the direction we are heading, but we also know that continuing to improve means listening to our community. The survey is an important opportunity for parents and carers to tell us what you think is working well and where you think we can do better.

The survey asks about a range of areas, including teaching and learning, student behaviour and participation in learning, school climate, communication, and your overall experience of LPS.

We take the results seriously. Each year, we look closely at what our families tell us and use this feedback, alongside other school data, to help identify priorities and guide our planning and improvement work.

This year, all LPS families are invited to participate. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete online and is open until Friday 18 September 2026.

All LPS parents and carers use the same PIN to access the survey.

We want to hear from everyone

Participation is optional, but we strongly encourage you to have your say. For the results to be really useful, we need them to reflect the experiences of our whole school community.

It can sometimes be easier to provide feedback when something hasn't gone well, but it is just as important for us to hear about the things you value and think we are doing well. Knowing what our families value helps us protect and strengthen those things as we continue to improve.

Whether your experience has been overwhelmingly positive, you have suggestions for improvement, or a little of both, we want to hear from you.

The more families who participate, the clearer and more representative the picture we have of our school.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for continuing to work in partnership with us to make LPS a great place for our students to learn, grow and belong.
