Stumpy Tail Lizard in the Shed

Ollie found a Stumpy Tail in the garden shed on Friday. He crawled in there while the door was open. Thanks to Ollie, we found him and set him free, back outside where he can spend more time in the sun. The kids loved watching this lizard wander back into the paddock.

Grade 1 Animal Features Incursion

Last week the Grade 1 students had a visit from Le-Wei Spinks. She is a Scientist from the Bendigo Council and specialises in Education sessions around local native animals to our region. 

We learnt about the Powerful Owl, The Sand Goanna and the Echidna. She was so inciteful about how the animals in our region live and thrive in our area.
