Celebrating Our Students’ Outstanding Achievements

September is one of my favourite months of the year, with Grand Finals and the celebration of student achievements in the Best and Fairest counts. It’s always such a joy to acknowledge the hard work, dedication, and talent of our students, both on and off the field.

We are incredibly proud of Sienna for winning the Warrnambool & District Football Netball League U15’s Best and Fairest count, as well as the Netball Rising Star Award. What an outstanding achievement while representing Allansford FNC! To top off an amazing year, Sienna, Tilly, and Lottie were part of the U15’s Warrnambool & District League Netball Grand Final-winning team. Congratulations to these girls on a stellar season!

Grace W has also had an exceptional year, playing for the Warrnambool Wolves soccer team. Grace was awarded the South West Victoria Football Association U14’s Best and Fairest. She also participated in the Football Victoria Academy trials. Along with Maisie and Myeisha, Grace contributed to the Wolves’ victory in the South West Victoria Football Association U14’s Grand Final. Well done to all three players for their dedication and success.

We also celebrate Zander, Alfie, and Benji, who played for the Wolves and won the Football South West U12’s soccer Grand Final. Congratulations to Timboon’s Benji on winning the U13’s Warrnambool & District League Grand Final. An outstanding year for him. Special congratulations to Alfie on winning the Wolves U12’s coaches award. What a fantastic achievement by all!

It’s wonderful to see our students enjoying their sport and achieving great success as a result of their hard work. Congratulations to all. We are so proud of you!

NT Country Swimming Championships

Congratulations to Josh F (Year 10) and Lucas F (Year 6) who recently competed at the NT Country Swimming Championships. Both students succesfully won multiple medals, with Josh winning overall age champion. Josh also competed in the open water relay event. A great effort!
