I am pleased to share the latest sporting news and highlights with our school community.

Diocesan Cross Country Carnival

We wish the students who will represent St Margaret Mary’s at the Diocesan Cross Country at Sydney Motorsport Park on Wednesday 13 May all the best of luck!

Gala Days

The stage 3 soccer gala trials have begun. All students in year 5 and 6 have been given the opportunity to trial for our Stage 3 soccer gala days. There will be four teams this year who will attend the gala day on the same day - two year 6 teams (one boy and one girl team) and two year 5 teams (one boy and one girl team). The soccer gala day is Tuesday 2 June. More information will be provided once the teams have been chosen.

As the gala days and team sport trials for grades 3 - 6 are fast approaching, I wanted to remind the students of the CSPD code of conduct. A code of conduct plays an important role in ensuring that sport is safe, fair and enjoyable for everyone involved. It sets clear expectations for how players, coaches, staff and spectators should behave, both on and off the field.

By following a code of conduct, students learn to show respect, demonstrate good sportsmanship and take responsibility for their actions. It helps create a positive environment where everyone feels included, supported and able to do their best.

You can find the code of conduct here:
