Travelling Safely

We are sharing an important safety reminder based on what we are currently observing during drop-off and pick-up times.

Gates open at 8:30am & 2:50pm

🚫 Please do not drop students off out the front of the school.

This is causing traffic congestion and creating unsafe conditions for students.

✅ The safe drop-off area is the bus stop zone shown on the attached map, where a staff member is present. This supervised area opens from 8:30am. The afternoon this opens from 3:05pm so students have had time to arrive at the stop. 

🚫 Please do not park in the construction driveways across the road.

Reversing from these areas is unsafe and places students at risk, particularly near the pedestrian crossing.

✔️ Families must use the pedestrian crossing directly out the front of the school when crossing the road.
