Lost Property

Please remember to check lost property frequently.  A timely reminder, also, to please make sure all items coming to school are clearly named including uniforms, containers and drink bottles.  This will ensure their safe return.

• Cassian C (FSC) - ‘Be your Best’ for listening carefully during writing practice and writing your letters carefully.  You are writing lots of words now Cassian, keep up the great writing! 

• Teddy M (FSC) - ‘Be your Best’ for working hard on your reading.  Teddy, it has been great to see you reading words in your readers the ‘fast way.’  Keep up the amazing reading Teddy! 

• Griffin D (FBW) ‘Be your Best’- For working hard to improve your writing of letters and numbers.  You continue to try your best and the progress this semester has been amazing.  Keep up the great work Griffin!

• Jasper G (FBW) - ‘Be your Best’ for being a kind, helpful and respectful class member.  Thank you for the caring way you always look to help those around you.  What a great friend you are, Jasper.  Keep it up!

• Josie D (FBW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for always taking your time, doing your best, and making sure you finish every task. You put care into your work, and it really shows.  You should feel very proud of yourself Josie.  Great job!

• Myra A (1GM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for fully applying yourself during Initial-Lit. Your reading accuracy and fluency is outstanding and your spelling is brilliant. Great work Myra!

• Sam M (1GS) - ‘Be your Best ‘for contributing to class discussions and completing your learning activities.  Keep up the amazing work Sam!

• Aubrey L (1GS) - ‘Be Responsible’ for working hard to keep our classroom tidy and organised by packing away items that have been left out.  Keep up the great work Aubrey!

• Harry P (2ZH) - ‘Be Your Best’ for always looking to challenge yourself with your learning. Keep taking on these challenges and striving to be your best. 

• Delilah D (2CL) – ‘Be Your Best’ for using formal units to measure the length of objects.  It was wonderful to see you take the extra challenge in your learning Delilah, well done.

• Lenny B (2CL) - ‘Be Your Best’ for being such a dedicated learner.  You approach every task with enthusiasm and continually strive to do your best.  You are an absolute superstar, Lenny!

• Hudson V (3/4LB) - ‘Be Responsible’ for showing genuine care towards his peers during learning time.  Hudson is showing great leadership skills.  Well done, Hudson!

• Maddison W (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for the beautiful way you go about your work each day.  Maddi, you are always ready to listen and learn, and you set a great example to others.  Thank you for also being a kind and thoughtful friend to others.  Proud of you!

• Harlow A (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ the way you have been so focused on your learning goals this term. Harlow, you have made so much improvement with your handwriting and cursive, it is so impressive to see! Keep it up!

• Easton McK (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for the huge improvement in your handwriting and earning your pen licence.  Easton, you worked so hard on your neatness and cursive handwriting, and it makes a big difference!  Congratulations!

• Laylah K (3/4JS) - ‘Be your Best’ for always asking questions when you are unsure of a task. Laylah, you are really trying your best in all areas of your learning.  Keep up the amazing work Laylah.

• Nixon H (5/6TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for always challenging himself in mathematics.  Nixon, you always work diligently and push yourself to achieve more.  Keep up the great work. 

• Reuben C (5/6TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for working on your maths skills.  Reuben, it’s great to see you doing extra Maths Mates sheets for homework to extend your maths knowledge. Well done. 

• Ned H (5/6EN) - ‘Be your Best’ for contributing to class discussions and completing tasks in English. Thank you, Ned, for sharing your wonderful thoughts and ideas with our class. 

• Nate R (5/6EN) - ‘Be Responsible’ for being a kind and courteous member of our class. Nate, you take great pride in treating everyone with respect, thank you!

P.E.

• Mercedes A (3/4JM) - ‘Be your Best’ for continuing to develop your football skills and positively encouraging others to participate.  You showed great improvement in our modified games.  Well done, Mercedes. 

• Joey S (56EN) - ‘Be your Best’ for giving every activity and skill a go.  You challenge yourself and participate in all classes well, following instructions and developing new skills. Keep up the great effort Joey. 

AUSLAN

• Percy K (5/6EN) - 'Be Your Best' for being enthusiastic and confident when learning new signs in our AUSLAN lessons.  Well done on always trying your best and asking thoughtful questions.  It has been fantastic to watch your commitment to learning new signs for different pronouns and using them to create new sentences.  Keep up the wonderful work, Percy!

• Asha D (3/4LB) - 'Be Your Best' for always being your best and showing respect for those around you.  It has been wonderful to see you sharing your knowledge and answers with your peers. Great to see you becoming more confident in using a range of signs to build sentences.  Keep up the fantastic work Asha!

• Flynn G (5/6TD) - 'Be Your Best' for being enthusiastic and confident when learning new signs in our AUSLAN lessons.  Well done on always trying your best and contributing to our class discussions.  It has been wonderful to see you thinking deeply about how learning and using AUSLAN helps us build a more inclusive community where everyone feels valued, supported, and connected.  Keep up the wonderful work, Flynn.

• Charlotte H (1GS) - ‘Be Your Best’ for always trying your hardest in art classes and for displaying independence on tasks.  Your cactus painting for the Art Show shows great listening skills and creativity.

Music

• Billie L (FSC) – ‘Be Your Best’ for always moving, playing and singing with enthusiasm and effort during music lessons.  What a wonderful start to the year Billie.

• Bowie P (FBW) – ‘Be Your Best’ for displaying an excellent understanding of concepts like beat, rhythm and pitch.  You are playing and singing with skill and enthusiasm.
