Year 6 Fantastic Racers
Our Year 6 students recently completed their Fantastic Racers project, an exciting journey through the design and technology process. Students worked collaboratively to design, build and test their own model cars, combining creativity with problem-solving and engineering skills. Along the way, they encountered challenges such as selecting the right materials, refining their designs for speed and stability, and troubleshooting technical issues like misaligned wheels or aerodynamics. With perseverance and teamwork, they overcame these hurdles to create some truly impressive racers. Race Day was a thrilling finale, filled with energy and cheers as students showcased their hard work. It was a fantastic celebration of innovation, resilience and fun.

Year 4/5 Boys' Netball Invitational
On Thursday 7th of November, 21 boys from Years 4 and 5 went to the Eastern Metropolitan Region Boys' Netball Invitational. These students all participated in what was mostly a new to them sporting event where each and every one showed exemplary behaviour and competed to their best ability, playing new positions and games throughout the day. Both the A and B team won a game each and were working together and getting better as the day.
