Tour de Newham

It was fantastic to see our students leaving the Newham Park just as we found it with all food scraps placed into the FOGO bin, paper packaging into mixed recycling, drink containers going off to the container deposit scheme, and the tiny bit of litter, into landfill. Well done to the students who took it upon themselves to collect waste, particularly Jaxson who collected all drink containers and Willem who spontaneously picked up other students' scraps.

Frog Pond over Summer

If we have a few weeks without rain over Summer, the frog pond will evaporate a little, although much less than our previous pond. If anyone is passing by Newham, there's a hose connected to the tank behind the portable if they would like to fill the pond up.
