FOUNDATION – YR 2 HOUSE SPORTS

On Tuesday 12th November, all the Foundation – Yr. 2 students will participate in their annual House Sports @ Milgate PS, from 9:15am – 10:30am. We are busy practicing for all the events during PE over the coming weeks. The students are encouraged to wear their House Colours on this day and parents, grandparents, etc are very welcome to come along and support their children. We are looking forward to a fantastic morning of sport and friendly competition.

TEMPLESTOWE DISTRICT VOLLEYBALL

On Friday 11th October we had a Girls, and a Boys team compete in the Templestowe District Volleyball Round Robin. The students played extremely well and there were some fantastic rallies and some very close matches throughout the day. The Girls team placed 3rd overall and the Boys team placed 4th overall.

TEMPLESTOWE DISTRICT BASKETBALL

On Wednesday 16th October we had a Girls, and a Boys team compete in the Templestowe District Basketball Round Robin. The students all played extremely well and there were some tough fought matches. Well done to all the students involved and many thanks to Ms. Bone (for coaching) and all the parent helpers from driving to and from Bulleen Basketball Stadium.

MANNINGHAM DIVISION SUMMER SPORTS FINAL

On Thursday 17th October the Girls Softball team competed in the Manningham Division Summer Sports Finals. The girls played against Doncaster Gardens PS and defeated Doncaster Gardens PS. We wish the girls all the best at EMR Softball on Monday 11th November @ Waverley Softball Centre. Good luck girls and we look forward to hearing how you go.
