Dear Families,
Welcome to Week 2 of Term 4! Our students are diving deep into their learning experiences this week. In preparation for the Galilee and Jerusalem Mass, they’re exploring the significance of our Catholic services. In Social and Emotional Learning, we’re discussing the importance of keeping our bodies safe and spreading kindness to our friends.
In Writing, we’re inspired by the beautiful story "I Will Dance" by Nancy Bo Flood, which highlights themes of inclusivity and persistence. It’s a wonderful way for our children to reflect on resilience in the face of challenges.
As always, we encourage you to read with your children every night to reinforce their phoneme knowledge and foster a love for reading. Thank you for your continued support!

Term 4 Week Two:
Mathematics: Placevalue - Making number using informal units.
English: /wr/ sound like in 'write' and /mb/ like in 'climb'
Religious Education: What is Mass? The Deconstruction of a Mass service and the importance of coming together as a community.
Auslan: Some words sound like a noise, like woosh, zoom, squeak, and boom and some signs look like parts of an object.
