The Year 5/6 students had a wonderful week at Anglesea Discovery Camp last week. We were very lucky with the weather and did a range of activities including canoeing, boogie boarding, skateboarding, the giant swing and crate climb. They also participated in an adventure race, the initiatives course, the talent show and a beach carnival.

The YMCA Camp Staff couldn't speak highly enough of Toolamba Primary School and the positive attitudes and values of all of the students who attended. We were very proud of the 5/6 students and they all deserved an award for their amazing achievements and efforts on camp.

Archie	The hilarious, enthusiastic camper who showed that anything (and everything) can be done in one trusty pair of jeans, including sleeping, eating and running 8km.
Chase	The reliable, trusty right-hand man all camp.
Lil	The skateboard queen who made sure everyone around her had success! The ultimate team player.
Alex	The easy-going quiet achiever who mastered the activities and took every challenge in his stride.
Ollie	The resilient camper who built new friendships, managed to capsize the canoe and captured many great moments on his camera.
Indie	The energiser bunny who was her best self, gave everything a go and enjoyed the breakfast spreads a little too much.
Mia	The sleeping beauty and fashionista of camp (pink tutu and pyjama queen).
Jack H	The inclusive natural leader and huge help around camp. An absolute asset!
Mila	The persistent, relaxed participant in all activities who was always reliable and kind.
Rach	The superstar who excelled at every activity and made sure her cabin smelt like a Mecca store.
Lexie	The camper who pushed herself to be her best self in all the activities.
Harriet	The brilliant, superstar participant in all activities.
Violet	The positive, kind, polite and well-mannered camper and friend to all.
Zack	The absolute legend who took on every single challenge, giving everything a go and smashing every goal. What a delight and camp superstar!!
Conner	The great friend who stepped out of his comfort zone and had a great time.
Lilly M	The incredibly inclusive, kind camper who blossomed with new friendships and opportunities! The brave camper who wasn’t fazed by soaring heights and showed so much growth in skateboarding!
Arya	Yaaaas Queen! The legend who kept everyone youthful in the Rec Room with face masks and self-care.
Andrew	The Rec Room right hand man, natural leader and well manner legend.
Tyson	The helpful and fabulous go getter in all tasks.
Will	The positive teammate, cheering on his peers and asking questions in the activities.
Alexis	The mature, inclusive camper who showed great consideration of others, gratitude and kindness on camp.
Edward	The absolute ray of sunshine and positivity who was helpful, displayed our school values and made the most of every minute.
Kiera	The kind, helpful camp mate and kitchen queen who had great interactions with camp staff. What an asset.
Jack S	The resilient trooper who gave everything a crack and provided fun vibes through his DJ’ing on the bus ride home.
Emile	The brave camper who went out with a bang! It was good while it lasted. Emile your presence was greatly missed!
Lily T	The resilient camper who had a go at everything and overcame challenges to make the most of every moment.
Arianna	The funny, sleepy camper who excelled at all activities. The croc queen, orange eating queen and camper who was so organised that she packed up her sleeping bag a whole night early!
Liv W	The provider of quality banter and go getter who found a new love for skateboarding on camp.
Emily	The active participant in all activities with a smile on her face the whole time.
Tayte	The life of the party, social butterfly and vacuum king!
Harry	The absolute legend, having a go at everything during camp.
Dylan	The funny camper with the Rec Room antics and stomach of steel!
Mrs Kimmorley	The camp organisation queen and backbone of the team!
Mrs Watt	The girl behind the camera, recording every moment. Making announcements and being the peacekeeper.
Miss Maskell	The big kid, keeping active with morning boot camps and giving everything a crack.
