Foundation - Spotlight on Learning

Dear Families,

We hope you all had a great week. Next week on Friday (8th of November) we are going to St Peter's to watch a performance called "Sticks and Stones". This performance aims to promote the message resilience, respect and responsibility. We will leave the school grounds at 9:15 to walk to St Peter's and shall return approximately at 10:45am.

In the coming weeks, we are going to be learning about Baptism and the birth of Jesus. We would love to share Baptism photos with each other. If you have one of your child we can share in class please send it Galilee@cranbourneeast.catholic.edu.au

Kids Roar Sessions! We learnt a lot about body safety!

Mathematics: We are learning about data, asking yes or no questions and using tally marks.

English: We are learning the digraph "ph" and "wh". We are writing about "Room on the broom" by Julia Donaldson.

Religious Education: We are learning about Remembrance day.

Auslan: We are learning the signs for zoo animals.
