Free Dental Exams – Smile Squad

Smile Squad is the Victorian Government free school dental program. Smile Squad provides free dental services to students at school during school hours. This includes any general treatment that is needed.

If you would like to have your child(ren) receive a dental check-up, please provide your consent via the online form below. 

Check-Ups

• Start Monday 28 October.
• Students (with parental consent) receive an oral health check-up – an examination, x-rays if required, oral health and dietary advice, and coaching and preventive interventions.

Treatment

• Approximately three/four weeks after check-ups.
• Free follow up treatment will be provided to students who need it and where consent has been provided.
• Treatment includes scale and clean, fissure sealants, root canals, restorations (fillings), extractions, impressions for mouth guards (i.e., all non-cosmetic treatments).
