Hello Families,

I hope the start of our final term has been a positive and smooth transition for everyone.

I've been working hard to finalise our vacation care program for the December and January school holidays, which will be available early next week.

As we settle into the term, I’d like to thank you for your ongoing support and share a few reminders to help us ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable OSHC experience for your family. Please take a moment to review these important points.

Morning Reminders

To help keep our outdoor area organised and clutter-free, please remind your children to place their bags in the designated lockers each morning when they arrive.

Absence Notifications

If your child will be absent from OSHC, please let us know as soon as possible. You can notify us via phone, email, or a text message to the OSHC mobile.

Sign-In and Sign-Out Procedures

For the safety of all children, please remember to sign your child in and out on the iPad at each visit. This allows us to keep track of everyone on-site and supports a smooth pick-up and drop-off process. Your co-operation with this is greatly appreciated.

OSHC Menu & Snacks

We strive to provide a varied and nutritious menu, but we understand that children’s tastes and dietary needs vary. Please take a moment to review the weekly OSHC menu on our website. If there’s something your child can’t have or doesn’t like, feel free to send an alternative snack with them.
