2025 is off to a great start at CESC, with our Year 12 students kicking off the year with an enriching study camp at Camp Manyung in Mount Eliza. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Mornington Peninsula, the camp provided students with both a peaceful environment to focus on their studies and a chance to bond as they prepare for their final year of school.
We also welcomed our new Year 7 students and their families at the Year 7 BBQ, held just a few weeks ago. The event was a wonderful opportunity for both new and existing CESC families to come together, enjoy delicious food, and build community connections that will last throughout the year.
In another exciting event, our Year 7 students recently attended their annual camp, where they participated in a variety of team-building activities and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors. This camp is always a highlight of the school year, and it was no different this time!
As we continue into Term 1, NAPLAN preparation is in full swing for our Year 7 and Year 9 students. These important assessments will take place between March 12th and 24th, and we are confident that our students are well-prepared to do their best.
In exciting arts news, preparations for our school musical have already begun! This year, CESC will be presenting the iconic Mamma Mia, and both students and staff are heavily involved in the production. We can’t wait to share the hard work and creativity that will go into making this performance one to remember.
Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for your continued support of our school community!
