YEAR 2 EXCURSION - DINOSAUR EXHIBITION

On Friday 27 June, Year 2 visited the dinosaur exhibition at the Australian Museum. They learnt lots of interesting facts about dinosaurs, made fossils and even held a real dinosaur bone! Here are a few snapshots of the students in action.

YEAR 5 EXCURSION - STRIKING GOLD

On Tuesday 1 July, Year 5 students embarked on a golden adventure to the State Library’s Striking Gold exhibition. The day began with a private tour of the art gallery, where students explored vivid paintings that brought to life the hopes, hardships and triumphs of the Gold Rush era. The students then stepped back in time—dressing in period-accurate costumes and recreating historic scenes using vintage photographs as backdrops.

Year 5 enjoyed their visit to the State Library and learning more about the Gold Rush era.

I hope you all have a wonderful break with your family.

Warm regards,

Fenna Di Maggio
